The Most Deadly Game was an American television series that ran 10 episodes between October and December, 1970 on ABC.
The series was produced by Aaron Spelling Productions, with Aaron Spelling being the executive producer. It starred Yvette Mimieux (who replaced Inger Stevens after she committed suicide), Ralph Bellamy and George Maharis.
Also, The Most Deadly Game is the name of a live action role-playing game currently based in Portland, Oregon which is run by a LARP company called 5th Wall Gaming.
