The Morecambe & Wise Show (Various) is a descriptive title given to the series of sporadic repeats offered to the original show of the same name. The BBC usually re-screen such programmes with new credit sequences, and effectively condense the original 50 minute shows down to 30 minutes by removing the guest singers and occasionally sketches from within the show, leaving the remaining footage somewhat disjointed and out of context. There have been several re-runs of the show but never in its entirety on terrestrial television, where these condensed versions are more often screened. The same can be noted of their Christmas Shows which occasionally have a singer removed from the show and replaced by a routine from another programme.
