The Mixed Men is a collection of science fiction stories by author A. E. van Vogt. It was released in 1952 by Gnome Press in an edition of 5,000 copies. It was reprinted by Berkley Books in 1955 under the title Mission to the Stars. Most of the stories had previously appeared in the magazines Astounding.
