'The Mill' is a painting by Dutch baroque artist Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn. It is in the permanent collection of the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC and according to Guinness Records, is one of the most expensive insured paintings in the world. For a long time, the painting was considered to be a fake, its authenticity being restored in recent years.
