The Mike Tirico Show was a syndicated sports talk radio show hosted by Mike Tirico along with regular co-hosts Scott Van Pelt, Michelle Tafoya and Kirk Herbstreit. It ran from September 20, 2007 to April 30, 2008 for a total of 160 shows. At that time, the show was officially renamed Tirico and Van Pelt. The show was heard on ESPN Radio from 1 pm to 3 pm. Tirico replaced Dan Patrick in that time slot, following Patrick leaving ESPN in August of 2007.

Mike Tirico, as the titular head of the show, appeared in exactly 75% of the shows. Monday, he was usually joined by Kirk Herbstreit, Wednesday he was usually joined by Michelle Tafoya, and Tuesdays and Fridays he and Scott Van Pelt were usually together. Thursday there was no typical co-host. Erik Kuselias, who seems to be the ESPN radio all-purpose fill-in, was the most common fill-in. A day-by-day breakdown of who hosted is as follows:

NOTE-There was one Monday, two Tuesdays, four Wednesdays, TEN Thursdays, and three Fridays where there was only one host. Kevin Sheehan, Trevor Matich, and Scott Reiss hosted on a Friday. Trevor Matich, Scott Reiss, Doug Gottlieb, and Chris Fowler (twice) hosted on a Thursday. Scott Reiss hosted on a Wednesday. Chris Fowler (twice), Kevin Sheehan, Karl Ravech, and John Siebel hosted on a Tuesday. Sean Salisbury and John Siebel hosted on a Monday.

On April 22, 2008 It was announced that Scott Van Pelt would become Tirico's permanent co-host, and host the 3-4pm hour solo. Stephen A. Smith had recently evacuated the third hour of the old Dan Patrick slot to pursue more television opportunities.
