The Living Blue are an Indie (music) band who were originally known as The Blackouts from Champaign, Illinois. They were signed to Lucid Records out of Deerfield, Illinois until 2005, when they changed their name to The Living Blue and signed with Minty Fresh Records.

[edit] The Living Blue Bio
- In 2005, The Living Blue was officially christened after deciding on the new name, and with a new bass player, Andrew Davidson. They signed with Minty Fresh Records for their third record Fire, Blood, Water with producer/friend Adam Schmidtt.
- In 2007, longtime drummer Mark Schroder left the band. Ben Ucherek filled in on the drums until Andrew Coon came along and took over the throne.
