The Legend of Kamui (カムイ伝?) is a manga by the prominent Japanese cartoonist Sanpei Shirato b. 1932. It ran from December 1964 to July 1971 in the monthly gekiga magazine Garo. It was one of the first manga titles published in the United States by Viz Comics in 1987
