The Lee Aaron Project is an album by Lee Aaron, released on November 13, 1982 (see 1982 in music).
After joining the band Lee Aaron in 1979, Karen Lynn Greening eventually adopted the band's name as hers, moving from background vocals to lead. Her debut album recorded in Toronto features Rik Emmett from Triumph and Buzz Shearman from Moxy also backing musicians from Canadian group Santers. Released in Canada in 1982 and subsequently distributed overseas in 1984.
The video for the single "Under Your Spell" garnered controversy due to its explicit nature and was subsequently withdrawn.
The album was digitally remastered with a bonus track "Under the Stars" in 2004, recorded live at The El Mocambo, Toronto.
