The Kuningan Place is an apartment and office complex located in Kuningan, Jakarta, Indonesia. The building is composed of 3 towers—namely Lumina, Infinia and Ultima—that will also house a 1,200 seat auditorium on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor.

The Kuningan Place is located at the heart of Setiabudi business district in South Jakarta. The building's neighbours include the Rasuna Epicentrum superblock, MMC Hospital, and Menteng residential areas.

The building will house 351 apartment and office units, with only 5 pent-house apartment units yet to be sold as of 19 April 2008.

As of the 1st week of April 2008, the 23rd and 24th floor have been covered with concrete and the work continued on the 25th and 26th floor.
