The Kiss Before the Mirror is a 1933 suspense film directed by James Whale about a prosecutor (Frank Morgan) who realizes that his own wife (Nancy Carroll) might be having an affair while he prosecutes a cuckolded wife-killer. The supporting cast includes Gloria Stuart and Walter Pidgeon. The film was remade by Whale five years later as Wives Under Suspicion.
