The Killing Tree (sometimes abbreviated as TKT) is a melodic hardcore band from Chicago, Illinois. They are a side project of Tim McIlrath (Rise Against's lead singer), and also contain a former guitarist from Rise Against, Todd Mohney.[1] It is suggested that The Killing Tree is on Hiatus, since there haven't been any album/EP releases since 2003.
