The Irony of Romanticism

The Irony of Romanticism was a short-lived alternative arts publication published during the early 1980s by the writer and critic Ian McKay.
Contributors to the publication included, the artist Chris Samms, musician and video artist Nicholas Rye, and the English designer Vaughan Oliver. Interviews carried in Issue 1 of the publication included transcripts of conversations with members of Xmal Deutschland and Lisa Gerard and Brendan Perry (Dead Can Dance).
