The International Nightclub Manchester
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The International Nightclub Manchester was a live music venue on Dickenson Road, Longsight, Manchester at the same time as the Hacienda and other clubs in the late 1980s were gaining in popularity. The owner of the nightclub was Gareth Evans and he was the Manager for the Stone Roses band who also frequented the club.
The International was notable as being the live music component of the Manchester music scene and being the base for the Stone Roses who were credited as producing the greatest British album of all time.
