There are a number of interpretations of the phrase The Innocence Project:
- The Innocence Project - the original usage which refers to a number of non-profit legal clinics in the United States. Founded in 1992 by Barry Scheck and Peter Neufeld, the most well known is based at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University
- The Innocence Project (BBC TV Series) - the BBC television series based on the original Innocence Project
