"The Ideal Height" is a song by Biffy Clyro and was the first single from their 2003 album, The Vertigo Of Bliss, and their fifth overall single. The B-side "...And With The Scissorkick Is Victorious" was one of their most popular b-sides, and considered by some fans to be one of the best songs by the band.
