The Hunt For The Gingerbread Man is a concept album by Manhattan, New York rapper MF Grimm that follows a variation of the children's tale The Gingerbread Man. According to the album, the Gingerbread Man (played by Grimm) escaped from the fox by making him throw up. After that, he stayed on the run as a fugitive.
The Hunt for the Gingerbread Man was due to be released in mid-summer of 2007 but got pushed back to September 25th, 2007. Around the summer, a single from the album called "Earth" was released and on September 18th, 2007, a mixtape called "The Order Of The Baker" was released by Toaster Entertainment to promote the forthcoming album.
