The Human Factor is an upcoming 2009 biography film starring Matt Damon, and Morgan Freeman. The film is a remake that details the life of Nelson Mandela during his first term as President in South Africa with Freeman having the role of Mandela.

This film is a biography is about the life of Nelson Mandela after the fall of the apartheid in South Africa during his first term as President when campaigned to host the 1995 Rugby World Cup Event as an opportunity to unite his countrymen. Morgan Freeman will play the role of Mandela and Matt Damon will play the captain of the South African rugby team, Francois Pienaar. The film is scheduled to start filming in early 2009 in South Africa.
