"The Hard Road" is a song by Australian Hip Hop band Hilltop Hoods. It appears on their 2006 album of the same name, and is the second single taken from that album. The theme of the song appears to be about growing up and living in a city, having no direction in life and dealing with the troublesome life associated with urban culture. The song contains a sample of "Out In The Woods," originally by Leon Russell.
