The Hammer Party is a 1986 CD/LP release of Big Black's first three EPs (made between 1982 and 1984). The CD release contains Lungs, Bulldozer, and Racer-X, with the LP release containing only Lungs and Bulldozer (one EP on each side). It was originally released by Homestead Records, and later rereleased by Touch & Go Records.
