The Great White Stanhope is the debut stand-up comedy album by Doug Stanhope. Released in 1998 by Uproar Records.
The CD has been renounced by Stanhope, who was so dissatisfied with the final product that his follow-up CD, Sicko, was created solely to replace The Great White Stanhope. For this reason, the majority of the material presented on his freshman effort also appears on Sicko. The most well-known bits not included on Sicko include: "Jizzed by Hertz" and "Death from Above".
