The Garage is a night club located in Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow. is well known for its exterior of a truck coming out of the front of the building. It is also a music venue with regular acts such as W.A.S.P., Avenged Sevenfold, Kaiser Chiefs, Kubb, Test Icicles, Papa Roach, Lostprophets, and Eurovision winners Lordi taking to the stage . It is also used as a venue for comedy with acts like Pam Ann, Jimmy Carr and Jim Bowen all performing. Veteran DJ Disco Dave usually hosts Friday's at the attic and can occasionally be seen on the dancefloor moshing out to certain songs, such as, No One Knows by Queens Of The Stone Age and Hysteria by Muse. Celebrities who have recently been spotted shaking their bon bon in the Garage include, The Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jnr, Nirvana (band) Bass player Krist Novoselic and professional Italian footballer Francesco Totti.
