The Frythe
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Frythe is a country house set in its own grounds in rural Hertfordshire, just outside the village of Welwyn, about 30 miles north of London. In its time, it has been a landed gentleman's residence, an hotel, a secret government research establishment (used by the Special Operations Executive), and now a modern commercial research facility, operated by GlaxoSmithKline.
