The Friday Night Rock Show Sesions/ Live at Reading is a live album by the heavy metal band Diamond Head, and was released in 1992, as part of an official series of similar, radio-archive releases by several bands (see Raw Fruit Records). The tracks had been recorded by BBC Radio and featured on Friday Rock Show, hosted by Tommy Vance, hence the catalogue number FRSCD006.
The first two tracks come from a session recording in 1980. The remaining tracks were recorded live on August 27th 1982 at the Reading Festival, England, where Diamond Head were openers on a bill headlined by Budgie and featuring Stampede, Overkill, Tank, Praying Mantis and Baron Rojo.
