The Four Hundred can refer to:

• The Four Hundred (oligarchy) of ancient Athens.
• The social elite of New York City in the late 19th Century; the term was coined by Ward McAllister.
• The Four Hundred (Band) an indie rock band based out of Milwaukee, WI.
• The Game's Four Hundred, a slogan used by The Baseball Register, a play on New York's social elite.
• A series of passenger train services offered by Chicago and North Western Railway beginning with the Twin Cities 400 (originally named The 400) in the Midwestern United States.
