There are several things which have been given the name The Forks:
- The Forks is a common nickname given to the twin cities of Grand Forks, North Dakota, and East Grand Forks, Minnesota.
- The Forks is a historical, cultural, and entertainment district in the city of Winnipeg, Manitoba around the confluence of the Red River and Assiniboine River.
- The Forks is a local term for the Saskatchewan River Forks where the North Saskatchewan and South Saskatchewan Rivers combine to form the Saskatchewan River east of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
- The Forks is a small community in Maine.
- The Forks is a historic area and landing where the Batsto River and the Mullica River conjoin. During the American Revolution, this area (which includes Batsto Village) was a bustling port which proved indispensable for the patriotic cause.
- In Australian English "the forks" means the V sign when used as an insulting or obscene gesture.
