The Five Deaths

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Five Deaths or Las Cinco Muertes is a fictional location off the Costa Rica coast in Michael Crichton's The Lost World: Jurassic Park, consists of five isolated islands called Isla Sorna, Isla Pena, Isla Muerte, Isla Matonceros, and Isla Takanő. They represents five ways of death a king offered to one of his prisoner (in no respective order): Burned, Crushed, Decapitated, Drowned, and Stabbed.

It has been mentioned many times in the novel during the search of the island, but only once in the movie as a location boats refuse to go near. InGen's Site B is located on Isla Sorna. Isla Nublar, the island InGen featured as the Park itself, is not named as one of The Five Deaths.
