The Final Tic is the first Crucial Conflict album which was released in 1996. "The Final Tic" put Crucial Conflict and Chicago on the Hip Hop map, with their number one hit single "Hay" which ended up being in the top 100 list for Billboard magazine in 1996, having peaked at #18 on the chart during the year. "The Final Tic" sold over 3 million copies worldwide and the album also ended up going Gold. This album also includes such hits as "Ride The Rodeo" and "Showdown".
