The Final Judgement to Kroni

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In Ayyavazhi mythology, the Nadutheerpu (Tamil:நடுத்தீர்ப்பு) is the Final Judgement from which Kroni, the primordial Manifestation of Evil was sentenced to hell. During this judgement, his unlawful activities of all the seven previous yugas are remained once again to him and was finally thrown into the hell.

After Ayya attained Vaikundam, he sent a false deity who could perform so many miracles for testing the people for their faith. Then Vaikundar was crowned as a King and placed in the 'Thuthi Singasana' - the Lion-faced Thrown by Narayana and all other devas to rule all the fourteen worlds under a Single-umbrella. Being seated in the thrown Vaikundar, ordered the Sea to destroy the evil-beings of the world and contemplated the white-beings to enter the world. Then Kroni was brought before Vaikundar and was charged for his iniquitous activities.

[edit] Evils of Kroni through the Yugas - Synopsis

Then Vaikundar narrated the whole evils committed by Kroni through the Seven yugas. He asked, "So far I granded you seven opportunities for you by transmigrating your-self towards the yugas. You were also granded all the boons demanded. But in all your births your activities were cruel immoral and detestable. I guess that you may indemnify at least in your final birth, though you marched against me through all your previous manifestations. But you insulted and illtreated me also in your final birth. I try most to refine you by which I believe I could purify the world. And as part of this trial, I incarnated in the world as a human and by appearing as a mendicant, burned-out the devils and also redeemed the human souls from their Karmas and sins by using water. I also destroyed the practises of holy offering, lackey, bribery, false-obeisance and other sorts of un-healthy and mis-understandings regarding holiness and theology. I also created good people to perform meritorious and holy dharmas across the world. And to strengthen them and their faith towards the values of virtues I organised them at one-place and preached them and fortified them.
