The Farewell Tour 1968 is a Cream album recorded at their performances at The Forum in Los Angeles in 1968. It was released by Woodstock Tapes in May 2007. It is a bootleg album, not officially released by the band. Some tracks were previously released on the album Goodbye.

British band Deep Purple played at The Forum as the opening act for Cream.
