The Downtown Comedy Festival was an annual alternative comedy festival produced in Toronto, Ontario. The first show was held in 2003 and was produced by Andy Boorman, Ron Sparks and Fraser Young until 2005, when it was produced only by Sparks and became billed as a "Festival in a Night!"
