The Defender Association is a nonprofit law firm serving Seattle and King County, Washington.
The Defender Association (or T.D.A. as it is commonly known as) is the largest and oldest public defender association in Washington State. Other public defender associations in Washington State include the Associated Council for the Accused (A.C.A.), Northwest Defender Association (N.D.A.), and Society of Counsel Representing Accused Persons (S.C.R.A.P).
