- The Dead One (1961 film), a film about a voodoo curse. Created by Barry Mahon and starring John MacKay. Released as Blood of the Zombie for re-distribution in the United States.
- The Dead One in the Thames River, the English-language translation of the 1971 German thriller film Tote aus der Themse, Die.
- El Muerto (film), a 2007 live-action film adaption of the comic book El Muerto: The Aztec Zombie starring Wilmer Valderrama. Retitled on the DVD as "The Dead One" for marketing purposes.
