The Daou

The Daou was a New York-based dance music duo consisting of husband-and-wife Peter and Vanessa Daou. Their only album Head Music was released in 1992. The single "Surrender Yourself" went to number one on the U.S. Hot Dance Club Play chart. The pair subsequently performed under her name alone, and stopped working together in 2004.
