The Daily Racing Form
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Daily Racing Form is a publication about horse racing.
It is sold at racetracks, casinos, sports books, supermarkets, and convenience stores across the United States.
The DRF contains charts, horse racing news, and opinion columns. It is the exclusive home of the Beyer Speed Figures, which is considered the best predictor of a race horse's performance. The figures were popularized by longtime DRF writer Andrew Beyer.
The DRF is part of the News Corporation empire; NewsCorp purchased the publication from Philadelphia-based media mogul Walter Annenberg in 1988.
