The Cowhead Show is an American radio program hosted by Mike "Cowhead" Calta and broadcast live Monday through Friday on WHPT in Tampa, Florida.

Cowhead (born Michael Calta in Staten Island, New York on September 20, 1971) is the creator and host of The Cowhead Show. Cowhead has been doing radio in the Tampa Bay area since 1992. He got his start on the Bubba the Love Sponge Show when it aired at night on WFLZ.

The last morning show aired January 4, 2008. The Cowhead show is live in the afternoons starting Monday, January 7th.

In giving back to his audience, Cowhead has created a special group of long time listeners, frequent callers and friends of the show called the Cowhead Show Committee. This group consists of How You's Doin'(Committee Chairman), Spicoli, 420, Iverson, Shinebox, How Do You Know, and Coco. Later they added two Cyber-Committee members for their work in promoting the show on the internet, NewWaveDave(Cyber-Committee Chairman) and Krayzieman. At the Christmas show in December of 2007, four new members were added, Cowhead Show Junkie, Rama, Bluto and G-Man. In January, Sexless Jarett was removed from his place on the Cowhead Show Committee. Most of these committee members are known for their very immature and juvenile banter. The Cowhead Show has announced a cruise for the listeners September 26th 2008.
