The College of Engineering at Sudan University of Science and Technology was built in 1952. The college has many different specializations and different programs.

Degrees that can be earned as follows :

• Engineering Diploma:

Undergraduate course usually can be earned in two to three years ( Four or Six semesters ) based on the area of specialization.The diploma is more oriented toward technical views in engineering.

• Bachelor of Honor or Bachelor of Science in Engineering :

It takes five years (ten semesters) for a student to finish the Bachelor Degree at Sudan University college of Engineering. Bachelor of Honor is granted based on the student academic performance.

• Master of Science

• Doctoral Degrees
