From the Dick Tracy film serial Dick Tracy's Dilemma comes a fur robbing, hook wielding menace named... The Claw!. This character gives all the thrills and chills each Dick Tracy villain has to offer. After robbing a fur warehouse The Claw's fate is met when he electrocutes himself with his hook while trying to kill the man in the way, Dick Tracy.
