The Chocolate Wheelchair Album is a 2003 album by breakcore artist Venetian Snares, released on Planet Mu. The album features a variety of samples:

The title of track 5, "Hand Throw", may be inspired by a legend of the origin of Antwerp's name. The track contains a vocal sample of someone saying "Antwerp massive" at 3 minutes 44 seconds, which backs this theory up.
