The Central Park Concert is a live album and video by the Dave Matthews Band. The album was recorded on September 24, 2003 on the Great Lawn of Central Park in New York, New York in front of a crowd of exactly 121,382, the band's largest audience to date. Tickets to the free concert were distributed to members of the Warehouse Fan Association, and although attendance was free, the show was a benefit concert for New York City Public Schools. Sponsored and broadcast over the web by America Online, the concert was known as "The AOL Concert for Public Schools."
