The 'Cathedral High School, Bangalore, India is considered one of the premier schools in Bangalore with 132 years of history behind it.^{[citation needed]} The campus is situated in the heart of Bangalore city on Richmond Road and spreads over 7 acres of land. It is affiliated to the ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Examinations) system.

The school, at present, is headed by a very dynamic Mr. John Zachariah. Mrs Zachariah is the head of the school augmented quire many great personalities like Mother Teresa have visited this institution in and around 1995 and also Mr toto have visited this great institution. This school also has its own college which was founded around 1990. Not to miss out it also has state of the art library with over 3000 books and also a very beautiful swimming pool.

This institution is a perfect blend of green lush campus with marvelous buildings. The new administrative block has the state of the art A.V room, auditorium, music room and everything a student wishes. There are instances of great sportspersons and scholars hailing from here. Cathedral is one of the most prestigious schools not only in Bangalore, but also in India.

Vibrations

Vibrations is an open inter-house event hosted by Cathedral High School. It consists of several events such as drawing, painting, debate, quiz, musical events, etc where students of all ages can showcase their talents. It also encourages computer skills ,etc.

Sportstop

Sportstop is an event that Cathedral hosts every year. Here schools from various parts of Bangalore arrive to display their talents. Events such as Football, Basketball, Cricket, etc, are played on the Cathedral grounds and courts.

WinterBration

WinterBration "The Cathedral Carnival" is also an annual event which again is hosted at Cathedral High School. Here teachers and students set up "Stalls", which is managed by them. This two-day Carnival is filled with fun and excitement.
