On a hot day a woman and her nephew pick up a seemingly crazy hitchhicker who warns them of an unholy spirit who may try to trick them. After a while the woman gets tired of hearing this man's crazy stories and kicks him out of the car. A little while later the same car picks up a little boy wearing a white suit. The woman and her nephew soon realise the boy is the genetic evil the old man warned them about, but by that time they are too late.
