The Brock McGuire Band

The Brock McGuire Band is an Irish Folk group fronted by Paul Brock and Manus McGuire. In November 2007 they performed with Altan and other trad groups at "Trad Blast" a charity concert organised by Manus McGuire and Denis Carey. During 2007, Paul Brock and Enda Scahill performed with The Chieftains as guest players.
In 2004, they released their self titled album "Brock McGuire Band".
Paul and Enda recorded a duet album called "Humdinger" released by Compass Records which was voted 'Irish Music Album Of The Year' by The Irish Times. Manus McGuire also released a solo album entitled "Fiddlewings" and Denis Carey is releasing his own solo album in 2008.
They are regular visitors to America and have played at the Cleveland Irish Festival. They toured Kansas, Alabama and Texas in February 2008.
