The Boy With the Thorn In His Side (ISBN 0-9603574-4-0) is a 2005 book written by Pete Wentz the bassist and lyricist of the Illinois pop punk band, Fall Out Boy. The book was illustrated by Joe Tesauro and published by Clandestine Industries. It is forty-three pages long.

The story of the book is influenced by the recurring nightmares Wentz suffered as a child. The title is taken from the name of a song on the album The Queen Is Dead, by The Smiths, of which Wentz is a fan.
