"The Boss" is the second single from Rick Ross's second studio album Trilla. It features T-Pain and is produced by JR Rotem.

The video was directed by Diane Martel, and shows Rick Ross without a shirt on, in bed with 2 girls. He is seen yelling at someone who owes him money on the phone and tells him to meet him at midnight. At midnight, the man who owes him money shows up and tells him that he doesn't have it. Rick Ross calls actress Felicia Pearson (Snoop) who steals his necklace and Rick steals his girl. Fat Joe, along with and Anwan Glover from HBO's television series The Wire, make appearances in the video. The music video premiered on Rap City on February 21, 2008.
