[edit] Theme
As the cover suggests, a body hat is an extremely large, metaphoric condom in which one can block out destructive thoughts and ideas from others. This theme is explained in the songs Body Hats 1, 2,and 3. The "body hat" could be compared to using a portable music device in order to avoid conversation with destructive people on a daily basis.
