The Best of Mandy Moore is a greatest hits compilation album featuring songs from Mandy Moore, released in 2004.
[edit] History
Mandy Moore was reportedly displeased that this collection, along with the album Candy, featured songs from her first two albums since she disowned that period of her career. The compilation didn't receive any promotion or participation from Moore, was not released worldwide and landed at #148 in the U.S. Billboard 200 Albums Chart. The DVD additionally featured music videos and live performances.
The album has sold 91,000 copies to date.
For an unknown reason, the "Walk Me Home" music video featured on the DVD portion of this album is edited from its original version. The plotline about how Moore is actually daydreaming about being with an actor is gone.
