The Beginning is a forthcoming solo debut album from Pussycat Doll singer and songwriter Melody Thornton. Thornton has stated she would like to work with Chingy, Nicole Scherzinger, Pharrell, Marques Houston, and producers such as Darkchild, Timbaland, Will.i.am, and Pharrell Williams. The album's release date has been delayed due to Thornton's work on the Pussycat dolls upcoming album Doll Domination.
