The Beauty in Sinking Ships

The Beauty in Sinking Ships is a self-produced cassette record by Mat Devine and Isaac Bender, who later formed Kill Hannah. Released sometime in 2000, it is a collection of material Mat Devine recorded with John Hughes III in 1995. It is currently out of print. Devine is the only current member of Kill Hannah to appear on this release.

Only 100 CDs were ever pressed. The cover art includes a photocopied picture of Mat eating spaghetti. This collection of outtakes and rarities is commonly mistaken as Kill Hannah's first CD. It was recorded in 1995 but released at a later date.
