The Australian School of Business

The Australian School of Business (incorporating the Australian Graduate School of Management) at The University of New South Wales has over 8,000 students. There are approximately 4,500 undergraduate students, 3,500 postgraduate students students and 250 PhD and Honours students with an almost equal mix of women and men. 30-40% are international students. The faculty has 220 full-time academics and researchers.[1]
In January 2007, the Australian Graduate School of Management officially merged with the UNSW Faculty of Commerce and Economics. In addition to the integration, the Faculty of Commerce and Economics also changed their name to the UNSW Faculty of Business, then later to The Australian School of Business. The new faculty is located in the new Heffron Building.
The faculty is composed of nine Schools:

- School of Economics
- School of Information Systems, Technology & Management
- School of Organisation and Management
- School of Marketing (includes Tourism & Hospitality Management)
