The Atomic Bitchwax are a rock band. Formed by Chris Kosnik and Ed Mundell in December 1992 in Long Branch, New Jersey, the band has a heavy psychedelic sound. Roughly half of their songs have vocals and the rest are instrumental.
In 2003 Mundell was replaced by Finn Ryan of Core on guitar and in 2007 welcomed Bob Pantella on drums following the "Boxriff" tour in late 2006. Kosnik and the current line up have completed recording the next full-length titled "The Atomic Bitchwax 4" in Feb 2008 at "Trax East Studios" in South River N.J. for a June 2008 release. A Pre-Release version of "4" is available for download at the bands website. http://www.theatomicbitchwax.com/
